A large part of my thesis was devoted to the scientific exploitation of the GOODS-ALMA survey at 1.1mm. This region of the sky, matching the deepest HST-WFC3 H-band portion of the GOODS-South field, benefiting from excellent multi-wavelength coverage from X-ray to radio is an ideal laboratory for exploring the evolution of high-redshift galaxies.

My postdoctoral research has allowed me to develop new skills (spectral analysis, gravitational lensing, stellar chemistry, dynamical modelling), by carrying out a detailed analysis of a distant galaxy (z=4.42) through its infrared spectrum.

The detection of a hydrogen fluoride line in absorption in a SF galaxy at z = 4.4 provides a better understanding of the nucleosynthesis processes of this element in stars.

Collaborations

I had the chance to make one of the last observations with VIMOS on UT3 at the VLT in Chile for the VANDELS survey. I have also participated in a few projects with this collaboration. In addition, I am part of several other international collaborations, including GOODS-ALMA, Spica and the LMT.
